Shipping Rates
We proudly offer special reduced shipping rates. The cost of shipping to continental United States is provided automatically at checkout, based on the total purchase amount. The domestic shipping rates are outlined below.
Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide physical address to avoid any shipping delays.

Outside contiguous US States
Educational Toys Planet ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or military address will be charged a flat shipping fee of $16.25. All items marked "direct ship item" on their product page, cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous US States. Please note, that expedited shipping is not available to these locations. Free shipping offers are not valid outside 48 contiguous US States.

Express Delivery
If you need to expedite the delivery of your order, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® to our clients.
Please note that free shipping offers do not cover express shipping.
Expedited shipping is not available on items shipped directly from manufacturer’s warehouse.
Expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

APO/FPO Customers
We gladly ship our educational toys to APO/FPO Customers using USPS. Standard delivery rate is $16.25 to such addresses. Please note, expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses. Also, products shipped directly from manufacturer’s warehouse are not available for APO/FPO delivery. Please note, free shipping offers do not apply to APO/FPO locations.

Shipping to Canada
We ship our toys to Canada via USPS International Priority Mail. We implemented special formula to calculate the optimum reduced shipping charge for Canadian orders. The best way to calculate the shipping fees is to add items to your shopping cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping address, and click on "Apply" button in Shipping Options section.
Please note, free shipping offers do not apply to Canadian locations.

International Customers
Currently we ship to other international destination by request only. International shipping rates start from $37 and are determined by weight and destination. Please e-mail your request with the list of items you intend to purchase along with city and country information, so we can provide you with the shipping quote. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Shipping Carriers
Educational Toys Planet and its suppliers reserve the right to use a shipping carrier of their choosing. At the time the order is processed, we will notify you via email of the shipping carrier and shipping tracking number for your purchase.

How soon is the order shipped?
We ship all orders within 24 hours.
Most orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with its tracking number. Please note that UPS does not ship on weekends and federal holidays.
Some of the items we carry in our store are shipped directly from manufacturers warehouse. These include items manufactured by Anatex and some large items by Elenco and HaPe. These items may arrive separately from the rest of the order and may arrive a day or two later or earlier than the rest of the order. Delivery Dates for orders placed NOW

How can I easily see the shipping fees?
The easiest way to see your shipping charges (if any) would be to add your items to shopping cart, fill out your shipping address, choose your shipping method and click "Update Total".

How can I track the order?
You can always check your order status through the link sent with your automatic order confirmation. As soon as the order is assigned to UPS tracking information, we will e-mail you the notification with the tracking number. If the item is shipped via the USPS, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute.
