Order Tracking
When you sent your order, within minutes you will receive an automatic email confirmation with the link to your order status. You can always use this link to check the updated order information. Educational Toys Planet ships customers’ orders within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number. If the item is shipped via the USPS, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute. Please note, if the item is shown on the product page as “direct shipped item”, it might take a few days longer to ship it. Tracking information is not always available for such products. You can always check your order status through the link sent with your automatic order confirmation. As soon as the order is assigned to UPS tracking information, we will e-mail you the notification with the tracking number. If the item is shipped via the USPS, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute. For direct shipped items the tracking might be available with slight delay.

Outside contiguous US State
Educational Toys Planet ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or military address will be charged a flat shipping fee of $16.25. All items marked "direct ship item" on their product page, cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous US States. Please note, that expedited shipping is not available to these locations. Free shipping offers are not valid outside 48 contiguous US States.

How soon will an order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 24 hours. Most orders are shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with its tracking number. Please note that UPS does not ship on weekends and federal holidays. Some of the items we carry in our store are shipped directly from manufacturers warehouse. These include items manufactured by Anatex and some large items by Elenco and HaPe. These items may arrive separately from the rest of the order and may arrive a day or two later or earlier than the rest of the order. Delivery Dates for orders placed NOW.

Express Shipping
If you need to expedite the delivery of your order, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® to our clients. Please note that free shipping offers do not cover express shipping. Expedited shipping is not available on items shipped directly from manufacturer’s warehouse. Expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Carriers
Educational Toys Planet and its suppliers reserve the right to use a shipping carrier of their choosing. At the time the order is processed, we will notify you via email of the shipping carrier and shipping tracking number for your purchase.

APO/FPO Shipping
We gladly ship our educational toys to APO/FPO Customers using USPS. Standard delivery rate is $16.25 to such addresses. Please note, expedited shipping is not available for APO/FPO addresses. Also, products shipped directly from manufacturer’s warehouse are not available for APO/FPO delivery. Please note, free shipping offers do not apply to APO/FPO locations.

International Shipping
Educational Toys Planet has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customerservice@globalshopex.com or call them at (786) 314-7144.
