Holiday Season Return Policy

Educational Toys Planet will be extending the deadline for all returns beyond the standard 30-day policy for the upcoming holiday season. Any order that is purchased on or after Nov. 1, 2014 will be eligible for return through Jan. 9, 2015.

Educational Toys Planet and our suppliers stand firmly behind all of our products. If any of the items you have purchased do not meet your expectations, you may return them for an exchange or refund.

Return Policy
Educational Toys Planet offers a store credit or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we offer a store credit in the amount of the item(s) current selling price. Returns must be accompanied by RMA number, and items must be returned in new condition with the original unopened packaging and contents. If you like to return an item(s), fill out the online  Return Authorization Form. You will receive return authorization number (RMA) along with the return instructions by email. We will not accept a return without proper RMA # on the package. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. C.O.D. packages will not be accepted. For all missing parts, defects, damages or incorrect items please contact us before returning the item. All returns will be processed within 2 business days after receipt. We issue refunds as soon as the return is processed. Please note, it may take 1 or 2 credit cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How to initiate a return?
If you like to return an item(s), fill up the online  Return Authorization Form. You will receive return authorization number along with the return instructions by email. We will not accept a return without proper RMA # on the package.

Non-returnable items
All direct shipped items are non-returnable due to their manufactures’ return policy. Gift Cards are not returnable and are not refundable.

Defective products and returns due to our error
If you received defective or incorrect items, we will correct the problem. Please fill out the  Return Authorization Form or contact us if you need any help with the damaged item. We will get back to you by email about the return procedure for the defective item. We will cover the shipping cost to return and replace the item. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. If you have questions regarding our return policy feel free to contact us.

Restocking fees
There is no restocking fees for orders totaling $249.99 or less. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned orders with total of $250 or more.
