Return Policy
Educational Toys Planet offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the item(s) current selling price.
Returns must be accompanied by RMA number, and items must be returned in new condition with the original unopened packaging and contents. If you do not have the original receipt, please contact us.

If you wish to fully or partially return your purchase
Fill out this online return form. You will receive return authorization number along with the return instructions by email.
Please, DO NOT send your return without Return Authorization Number.

Please note that all items by Children's Factory, Anatex and Young Scientist Club are subject to their respective manufacturer's Return Policy. Please contact us for details.

Educational Toys Planet offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of most items returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the item(s) current selling price.

The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:

• Gift Certificates cannot be refunded
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• We do not accept C.O.D. packages
• Please wrap your package securely, use the original packing material if possible
• For all missing parts, defects, damages or incorrect items please contact us before returning the item
• All returns or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt
• Please note it may take 1 or 2 credit cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
