How to add a toy to the shopping cart?
When you find the toy you like, click the "Add to Cart" button. This places the selected item into your shopping cart, while you continue to browse and shop. Meanwhile, we will store all of your active cart content. You can access your active shopping cart by clicking the Cart link located in upper right corner of the screen.

How can I know if the item is in stock?
We keep dynamic inventory that you can always check online. If you see big green “Add to Cart” button on the product page, the item is in-stock and ready to ship. Please put the desired quantity of items in the small “Qty” box next to “Add to Cart” button to check the available quantity. If the entered quantity of item exceeds the available inventory, on top of the shopping cart page you will see the notification that the requested quantity i greater that what we currently have in stock. Actual inventory of the item will be displayed in the quantity box on the corresponding line. We do not accept back orders. If the item is not available, you will not be charged for it.

What if the toy is out of stock?
If the item is currently unavailable, instead of “Add to Cart” button you will see the big blue “Email Me” (when the item is back in-stock) button. Feel free to put your e-mail address in the pop-up form. You will be automatically notified by our system when we have the item again. When you receive such back in-stock notification, you can place your order for the item. Sorry, no backorders accepted.

How can I find the toy in your store?
Browse your way through the categories to the products that interest you, or use the search box on top right side of the screen to go directly to a list of matching products and categories.
Our Gift Finder is an advanced search tool that helps you to find the right toy for your child. Just choose the desired fields from the drop down menus and check the advanced search results.

What if I cannot find an exact item match?
If Educational Toys Planet is unable to find an exact item match, try one of the following:
• Check the spelling of your search term.
• Try synonyms, related terms, or variant spellings.
• Use proper spacing between words.
• If your search term is too specific, try a term that is more general.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do! We accept purchase orders from schools and institutions.
Purchase order must contain the following information:
1. Shipping address
2. Billing address
3. Contact name
4. Contact phone number
5. Item name or number
6. Quantity of toys
