How can I track my order?
When you submit your order, within minutes you will receive an automatic confirmation with the link to your order status. You can always use this link to check the updated order information. Educational Toys Planet ships customers’ orders within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with the tracking number. If the item is shipped via the USPS, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute. Please note, if the item is shown on the product page as “direct shipped item”, it might take a few days longer to ship it. Tracking information is not always available for such products.

How do I return an item?
If you like to return an item(s), fill up the online return form.You will receive return authorization number along with the return instructions by email. Please see our complete Return Policy.

What is my shipping fee?
The shipping cost will be automatically added at checkout. The cost of shipping to continental United States can be found here. Educational Toys Planet ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or military address will be charged a flat shipping fee of $16.25. Please our Shipping Rates and Options for details.

How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order after you placed it, please contact us. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place it, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders or cancel the order. If the order has been shipped to you, you will have to return the merchandise. Please see our Return Policy.

How to gift wrap my order?
If you like to have your present gift wrapped, please add the items of your choice to your Shopping Cart. If the item is eligible for gift wrapping, the gift sack picture will appear below your total, on the Shopping Cart screen. Simply make your choice by clicking on "YES! Gift wrap my order for just $3.95" next to the Gift Sack. Please note, that none of the direct shipped items are eligible for gift wrapping. If your Shopping Cart contains only items shipped directly from manufacturer, the gift wrap option will not be displayed. If you your Shopping Cart contains a mix of toys shipped from our warehouse and directly from manufacturer's warehouse, the gift wrap option will be displayed, but we will place in the bag only the items that are shipped from our warehouse.
